1. Claying
You do not have to be perfect or know anything about claying to enjoy this cute activity. At first, you can just buy some modeling clay and shape your creations. Then, if you wish, you can color them after drying (you can also bake them for 30 minutes for a quicker drying process). You will activate your creativity while having a relaxing time. It does not take up much of your time as long as you do not have big projects in mind. Also, you do not have to rush or stress about finishing it as soon as possible. You can just wait for it to dry (it dries in about 1-2 days) and, according to your availability, you can color or glaze it afterward. Everything is up to your choices. You are free—why don’t you get your clay and start creating with your unique ideas?

2. Walking
How about walking for at least 30 minutes every single day for the sake of your mental and physical health? Go outside and explore nature’s magic. Noticing little things while walking is a blessing. With every step, you can see how many gifts you have in this tiny world. Walk slowly, feel the touch of the sunlight on your face, and observe the dance of the clouds. When you dedicate these 30 minutes of your day to Mother Nature, you will realize the beauty of existing things as well as yourself. You will say: On this magnificent Earth, “I,” “myself,” exist too. I am so glad to be here, and I will know the value of myself and all these beautiful creations. I love being alive and being part of this whole.

3. Coloring

A relaxing and restful activity for both your mind and soul. Doing it while listening to music makes it even cozier. Do you remember how coloring was one of our favorite activities in kindergarten? We would lose track of time while coloring. You can buy a coloring book for this activity, but there are also alternatives like coloring apps. It is up to you, but of course, touching paper and using coloring pencils would be more aesthetically pleasing. Here are two good app suggestions for you to enjoy: “PENUP: Drawing-sharing SNS” and “Zen Color – Color By Number.”
4. Cooking
There is nothing like the smell of a hot meal cooked by your own hands. Cooking itself is a work of art, and the process adds some spice to your journey. It surely brings you joy and peace—if we do not count the mess after eating—but it is worth it. This activity both clears your mind and makes your tummy happy. Being happy is that simple. Especially when you share your art with your loved ones, double happiness will be in the palm of your hand. Grab your ingredients, cook your meal, and start dancing to the fascinating scent feast.
5. Easy Reading
Reading is like dancing among the dark clouds in the sky. Sometimes these clouds cover your thoughts, but with each step you take, those clouds disperse, you unravel the knot of meaning in the sentences, and you step into another universe. Unfortunately, sometimes we cannot find time to read our favorite books because we are just too busy or not in the right mood. As we stop reading, we lose this habit, and reading becomes a boring activity. Complicated books with long descriptions do not help much in this regard either. Instead of reading tiring books, you can read comics, short stories, or poems. This type of easy reading will give you more pleasure when you are tired and will help you maintain your reading habit.
